Executive Leader On boarding

A leading auto manufacturer was frustrated with the time and effectiveness lost in on-boarding new executives. Our founder was tasked with developing a better model. After studying the academic scholarship and then the actual processes used, a new plan was submitted to the client. They loved it and have used it repeatedly since.

Correcting Bad Math

One of our leaders was brought into a distributor to give their customers a pricing training over a breakfast meeting. The distributor had one customer who was consistently offering the lowest price in the market and hurting everyone. In the training, we described a similar situation and how the practice hurt others. The suspect customer openly argued with the trainer until the actual math was written out on a white board. It seems their sales team were not using the correct math! All of the competitors breathed sighs of relief, or maybe exasperation. But, either way the problem was identified and solved.
